Project Coordinator 

means being deeply involved in every project phase. I expertly construct custom cabinetry by analyzing detailed plans and technical drawings, applying advanced woodworking and craft techniques to ensure precision and adherence to job specifications. I effectively oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating seamlessly with team members to maintain high-quality outcomes. Beyond the workshop, I provide on-site support to installers, often visiting job sites solo to assist with installations and perform finalization steps. Before shipping, I review each project to confirm it is fully prepared. In the office, I contribute to creating and refining standard operating procedures and streamlining project flow. Additionally, I mentor and train new employees during onboarding, fostering a strong and productive team environment.
